About us
NT Discoveries Private Limited is a new-age company that would drive its innovative efforts in the area of promoting energy efficiency, researching renewable energy sources, and developing clean energy technologies. Its defining goal, primary to all other goals, would be to respond to the challenge of enhancing energy security as a pre-requisite to developmental growth within an overarching need to mitigate the impacts of global warming.
Its activities would include, but not be limited to the pursuit of developing energy efficient technologies, energy efficiency applications, energy transmission applications alternate fuels and allied services.
The development of a research centre to foster innovation and joint efforts to accelerate deployment of clean energy technologies. Priority areas of focus for this initiative would include solar energy, smart grid, unconventional natural gas, second-generation bio-fuels, and clean coal technologies. Other areas may include sustainable transportation, wind energy, and micro-hydro power.
Some key objectives
A. Facilitating joint research, and exchange of scientific literature and skills through development, demonstration, deployment and dissemination, under appropriate written agreements.
B. Facilitating access to financial support, leveraging bilateral, multilateral and private sector funding;
C. Facilitating policy dialogue including through scientific seminars, symposia, conferences and workshops as well as participation of experts in those activities;(c) Public Private Partnerships (PPP); and
D. Any other mode of cooperation jointly possible with the goal of energy efficiency and sustainability.
E. Sensitization of the civil and corporate sectors of the society towards the need for energy efficiency.
F. Improving the quality of life of local communities by supporting independent and sustainable development options and local innovations in the area of energy efficiency.
G. NT Discoveries developing and launching innovative smart home products for modern society .
